-(Services for Generator Excitation Systems):

• Troubleshooting Unitrol 6080 at Alex Carbone black factory (AVR indirect Excitation system) with 11kv generator.
• Troubleshooting Unitrol 1000 (1020) at Alex Carbone black factory (indirect Excitation system) with 11kV Generator.
• Troubleshooting Unitrol 5000 at Cairo north power plant (AVR static Excitation system ) with 18 KV Generator.
• Commission (Start-up) Generator Excitation Systems Sugar Elhawmdya Factory ( AVR indirect Excitation system) with 11kv generator with Unitrol 1020 AVR in addition to setting generator parameter setting within generator P-Q Curve and limiter testing, control wiring verification with schematic during cold commissioning.
• Commission (Start-up) Generator Excitation Systems ( AVR indirect Excitation system) with 11kv generator with Unitrol 1020 AVR Dual AVR system (1 AVR is active and other is standby) in komombo sugar factory &edfu sugar factory beside generator parameter setting check within generator P-Q Curve and limiter, control wiring and signal simulation during cold commissioning.
• Troubleshooting for Unitrol F AVR (AVR Static Excitation system) for 70 MW turbine in Egyptian petrochemical company in Alexandria with 22 KV Generator, digital input output simulation of AVR like forcing external generator trip and testing field circuit breaker.
• Services for Generator synchronization Systems: - Synchronizing 11 kV generator with Synchrotact 5 in Edfu sugar factory doing engineering modification and commissioning.
• Prepared technical solution to Synchronize 2 generator(22KV) with 1 Synchrotact 5 device in 6th of October pumping station, waiting for commissioning in 1 month._

-(Services for MV soft starter motors ):

• MV soft starter motor trouble shooting and adjusting soft start stop features in Alexandria water company 22 KV.
• Supervising MV soft starter motor, connecting MV cable by skilled technician and parameter adjustment in Elhares water treatment company in Alexandria.
• Giving training to customer after every site work for excitation system concept and operation.
• Performed onsite installation, modification and maintenance of systems and equipment.

-(AC500 PLC):

• Programming sequence of operation and monitoring diesel engine all senor (thermo couple /PT100/pressure sensor) using AC500 PM573 module and viewing all data on HMI like temp,voltage,current ,trip and alarm signals beside commissioning excitation system and auxiliary pump for diesel engine.
• Synchronize diesel engine withother engine inside plant using synchrotact 5 .
• LV DOL motor commissioning and installation 400V (radiator ,pump,auxiliary for diesel engine.

El Safwa project

• Responsible for design of electrical Infra-Structure of Project starting from “Load Estimation, transformer sizing, transformer locations with R.M.U & Main Distribution Board schedule , exterior lighting & concept Single line Diagram.
• Design lighting , power , grounding, fire alarm, low current systems
• Design of security system including CCTV & antiburglaing.
• Participating in special interior & exterior lighting design of building using DIALUX & delivering lighting plan layouts using AUTOCAD.
• Working on power layout of previous building including sockets distribution, sockets wiring, cable routing with sizing of cable trays.
• Design electrical panel boards with sizing of cables & breakers.
• Performed calculation reports ( voltage drop & short circuits) and P.F correction till MDB Panel.
• Issued project B.O.Q & specs .

Project: KING ABDUL-AZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

• Performed Generator sizing calculation and mv motor starting calculation study with power grid stability .
• Established load schedule of all loads &load flow calculation.
• Using Etap to make sure voltage drop, and short circuit calculation report comply with projects codes.
• Calculating BOQ of cable and LV disconnecting switch and similar stuff.
