  • -I served as Assistant Minister of the Interior for Planning and Follow-up, and headed the Planning and Follow-up Department at the Ministry of Interior. During my leadership, I was tasked with developing a strategic plan for the police directorates, which was successfully implemented. As director of the Planning and Follow-up Unit, I supervised the updating of all databases of the Ministry of Interior, and designed a plan to develop databases for police officers and unit databases, and develop the shooting system tests and other tests for officers.

  • -I did research on securing sports facilities and stadiums for the Egyptian Football Association through surveillance systems, and this research was relied upon and used to secure most of the sports facilities.
  • -I held the position of Director of Security of the Red Sea Forces. I modified and organized the work of financial and administrative affairs, by introducing the latest technological means, to raise the training level of officers and soldiers, and work on scientific analysis of the problems facing the region and develop appropriate plans and strategies to solve it.

UN mission in Haiti

  • -Member of the committee for selecting officers working at the UN via telephone and then placing them in their appropriate places.
  • -I joined the UN mission in Haiti after the devastating earthquake that occurred there, and I was assigned to develop and review the databases of the police force there. I worked as a coordinator for the security programs and operations sector, and to modernize the capabilities of the police in Haiti.
  • -Responsible for systematic and scientific planning of periodic tests to evaluate the security system, which includes setting a schedule of tests to evaluate officers, supervising its conduct, and developing databases, which contributed to raising the efficiency of officers and the police force in general.
  • -I have prepared and updated a number of presentations for introductory training courses and in-service training courses and topics.
  • -I was nominated to travel to Jordan as Chairman of the "SAT" Committee, where I prepared a test for the Jordanian Police Assistance Team over a period of ten days. I successfully completed the mission, and qualified police officers were selected to carry out UN peacekeeping missions.
  • -I started reviewing the databases, updated all the data based on the results, and launched the databases for learning and planning shooting tests.
  • -I was assigned to travel again to Jordan to test Jordanian police officers. After the successful completion of the test, English-speaking police officers were selected. I conducted telephone interviews with a number of officers nominated to participate in the UN Stabilization Mission in Haiti, in order to prepare the necessary reports before this operation. I returned to Jordan again to test Jordanian police officers in both languages (English and French). I was appointed by the Chief of Staff to carry out major tasks to reorganize introductory training, and then moved from that task to take up a position as an instructor at the UN Advanced Law Enforcement Institute of Senior Police Officers.

Accomplishments

  • -After the Haiti earthquake, I participated in the infrastructure reorganization team at the UN mission in Haiti, to identify new needs for the development of the local police, and to add some constructive suggestions and ideas on how to develop it. I was among the participants selected by the staff to carry out tasks that would reorganize the assignment of introductory courses.
  • -Choosing the modern weapons that the police need, and participating in the new weapons testing committee.
  • -In the period August 2021 - August 2022, I managed the strategy for the police stations in Cairo and the areas responsible for them in seven departments.
  • -I provided security research to secure the stadium after the revolution of January 25, 2011, which was used to determine the conditions for securing the Cairo Stadium.
  • -I was serving five million people in New Cairo, as director of security for the region and solving all the problems there.
