  • Project Objective: Successfully managing and operating a three-room dental clinic for three years, ensuring fully coordinated healthcare services, efficient operations, and high-quality patient care. The goal was to establish a well-structured healthcare facility that adhered to industry standards, met patient expectations, and maintained regulatory compliance.
  • My Role: I was responsible for coordinating the clinic team’s implementation of healthcare standards and treatment guidelines. This included overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Additionally, I facilitated communication among stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • The project began with developing a comprehensive business plan, outlining objectives, financial projections, and operational strategies. We then created a stakeholder register to identify key individuals and organizations involved in the clinic’s success. After that, we developed a detailed clinic management plan, covering staffing, patient scheduling, and service quality.
  • During execution, we focused on delivering high-quality patient care while implementing quality control measures to monitor and improve services. Compliance with healthcare regulations was a priority, and regular inspections were conducted. Patients validated the services provided through feedback and satisfaction surveys. The project was successfully closed after updating operational process assets (OPA), ensuring that best practices and lessons learned were documented for future improvements.
