Being the re-sale sector head for Renault, KIA and BIAC pre-owned/ used cars, I got to be responsible for the following:

• Set buying/ selling pricing strategies.
• Preparing annual budget for each of the trade-in and the buying/selling of pre-owned cars.
• Prepare top management quarterly reports presenting heavy stocks, revenues, profits, including forecasting of different sales volumes.
• Set commissions scheme for sales personnel
• Arrange and manage auctions with middle dealers
• Set marketing strategies
• Set selection/approval criteria for trade-in sales
• Responsible for resale of the firm’s fixed assets (vehicles) with a fair market value after calculating the depreciation, checking the book values, etc.
• Finalize and close all sales agreement with customers
• Prepare/ review market research
• Follow up with different departments ex. Finance, credit, insurance, marketing and sales
• Regular follow up on after sales maintenance, inspections, etc.
• Coordinate with logistics departments for different branches to balance the stock
• Train and develop team members/ subordinates.
• Assist sales department to increase its sales

Being a showroom manger, I got to be responsible for the following:

- Ensure correct inspection of new/ pre-owned cars

- help customers to select the most appropriate car for their usage to meet their needs

- Work on admin/ logistics tasks for finalizing a car sale contract

· Create Department Budget and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports.

· Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance.

· Coordinate with Accounting, Admin, HR and other related departments to get the relevant invoices.

· Review all invoices and categorize it as direct and indirect costs.

· Generate cost reports by region, division and projects.

· Technical Support for Laser Fiche Database Management software

· Price comparison of buying & rented cars projects

· Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

· Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

· Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities or other subjects of sale.

· Determine price schedules and discount rates.

· Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

· Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.

· Responsible for Procurement of the Spare Parts and the goods in the warehouse

· Responsible for the accounts of the store.

· Buy and selling used Cars

· Monitor the vehicles maintenance process in all stages to follow up on delays using Toyota in-house software.

· Complete Training course on Vehicles motor maintenance.

· Monitor the vehicle maintenance process in the workshop.

· Translation of Automotive related foreign Articles cars

· Writing Articles about Motor Cycles
