  • Checking fit up & dimensions before and after welding of the joint before welding operation as per the detailed drawing (Root opening, bevel angle, surface mismatch).
  • Reviewing of all welding book and document WPS, PQR, WQTR, W. CERTIFICATES).
  • Daily follow up & monitoring for various welding process (SAW, GMAW, SMAW & ARC GOUGING) according to client requirement.
  • Checking welder's facilities and tools needed for welding Quiver, grinder wheel brush type and color code.
  • Recording of welding parameters during welding operation as required by inspection plan and calculation of heat input for each welding pass and make sure that the welder following the criteria of the appropriate WPS.
  • Carrying out All NDT examination on Steel structure according to AWS D1.1.
