Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer, Turbo-Machinery Maintenance Assessor, and Authorized Trainer certified by multiple authorities. With over 19 years of extensive experience in onshore and offshore oil and gas operations, I possess advanced skills in the installation, commissioning, startup, maintenance, operations, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of turbomachinery and ancillary equipment, utilizing methodologies such as RCA, RCM, and FMECA. As a Turbomachinery Assessor, I have collaborated with various international companies. My most recent project involved the Giant Gas Field in the Mediterranean Sea (ZOHR GAS FIELDS), where I participated in HAZOP studies, equipment selection, detailed engineering, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, numerous Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for our equipment globally, ultimately leading the turbomachinery maintenance team. In 2013, I was selected by EGPC to attend GE-BH University in Florence, Italy, where I earned a diploma in Oil & Gas Equipment. I am certified as a Machinery Lubrication Analyst (MLA-I/MLA-II) by ICML and NORIA Corporation, USA, and hold certifications in Vibration Analysis (CAT I-II) from Mobius Institute, and MEWP from IPAF. Additionally, I have received HSE certifications, including OPITO H2S Training Level-1 & Level-II from MAERSK, and a NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil & Gas Safety. I also contributed as a researcher to the CCS project with GE University in Italy, focusing on CO2 capturing and sequestration. As an authorized technical instructor, seminar presenter, and professional speaker, I have delivered hands-on training for rotating and rigging equipment with multiple OEMs. I managed Competency-Based Training (CBT) programs in Egypt for new hires, graduate engineers, and technicians, successfully conducting thousands of hours of face-to-face and online training sessions. I recently joined SPSP Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic (EnergyTech), the premier polytechnic institute in the Middle East, as a Mechanical Instructor and Assessor.

• Participating as a member of readiness team for ZOHR Gas Project( Giant Gas Project in Mediterranean Sea) Starting from Engineering phase till operation and maintenance.
