Responsibilities:

• Identifying scope of works, specifications, terms, and conditions.
• Establishing preliminary technical calculations in order to generate the first revision of the project cost and issuing GO/NO GO approvals from top management.
• Reviewing, negotiating on the division of responsibilities with consortium partners or OEM suppliers to reach the optimum setup for the project.
• Work with the regional Business Development team, supporting customers, including site visits and technical/commercial clarification meetings, etc.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement with the digitalization department different process development and transformation plans to standardize and facilitate the work procedures.
• Prepare proposal action plans.
• Coordinate with the in-source/outsource engineering teams to prepare packages request for quotations (RFQs) and other engineering submittals.
• Managing the optimization activities to achieve the most competitive cost estimate.
• Manage the cost estimate build-up either using the company database or communicating with vendors/subcontractors to receive tender packages and techno-commercial offers.
• Preparing and reviewing comparison sheets for received offers.
• Estimating direct and indirect costs for project construction activities.
• Create the cost build-up sheets.
• Participate in the creation of technical and commercial proposals, according to the client's requirements.
• Prepare the techno-commercial clarifications as per the Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
• Prepare final Technical/Commercial proposal. Managing the replies on the clients' post submission clarifications.
• After project awarding, prepare the request for budget initiation (RBI) and hand over the project to the project management team.
• Cooperation with the implementation team at the start of the implementation of the contract.
