• Accountable for handling PCS upgrade production line from ABB (Procontic DP-800) to Siemens (PCS-7) from both managerial, financial and technical sides ( 3800 KEuro ):
• Follow up Engineering reviewing from Automation side (GFS, DFS, Interlocking, and alarms…. etc.), Electrical side (Signal list, consumer list, troubleshooting…. etc.) and Process side.
• FAT test preparation and following up.
• Follow up and finalizing all the pre-shutdown erection activities.
• Follow up and testing the assembled electrical panels till receiving them in the plant.
• Follow up the implementation, commissioning and startup of all related equipment.
