Cost System Development: Design and implement cost accounting systems and classify cost centers (administrative, sales, production, and service).
Budgeting & Financial Planning: Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Cost Analysis & Variance Reporting: Analyze actual manufacturing costs, compare them with standard costs, and prepare periodic reports on deviations and their causes.
