Over the past 20 years, I have effectively contributed to the development, improvement and development of about 300 government institutions in the Arab region (Egypt and the UAE in particular) by evaluating and chairing Assessment teams for 204 local government and educational institutions in Dubai, RAK, Egypt and others, I have also worked as an institutional excellence expert in 96 local government and educational institutions, whether in an appointed, delegated or seconded capacity.

I have been selected to join the Excellence Awards as an Expert and Assessment Teams Leader for the Best Recognized Government Excellence Awards in the Middle East, and I am still an active member as follows:

1.Dubai Government Excellence Program “DGEP”, organized by Government of Dubai- The Executive Council, UAE, I joined as assessor in 2013-2014.

2. RAK Government& Educational Excellence Award, I joined as Expert, Assessor and author of categories and criteria, 2009-2021.

3. Egypt Government Excellence Award “EGEA”, sponsored by Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, I joined as Head of assessment and Expert of Quality Assurance Committee 2020-2021.

Important professional achievements: Building a number of government excellence models, preparing categories, standards and guides for 8 for government, educational and community excellence awards, also I created 5 of government awards, many Initiatives and achieved dozens of international (U.K. Ideas Organization award.) and local awards for 16 Government institutions such as The courts, E-gov., Police, Municipality & lands. get first places globally in the Ease of Doing Business report . I contributed In building The Emirate’s Fifty plan 2021-2071, participating in membership of 3 committees in the annual meetings of the UAE government.
