  • This position is responsible for all credit risk operations cycle starting from customer submitted requests till settled the utilized outstanding amount through all kinds of investigations, follow up and collections process.
  • In addition to manage all services requests from customers, business, products, marketing and compliance.
  • Lead the portfolio quality by set up smart and strong process to approved lending limit within timely manner.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing by leading a team of testers to ensure all delivery is as per requirements: Proper understanding of user requirement and business process to develop test scripts and lead testing efforts for all CCRD projects.
  • Control and monitoring of high-risk segments and ensuring the right strategies are in place and being progressed.
  • Design digital workflow to manage customers’ requests within timely manner and underwriting process to meet customers’ requests.
  • Provide continuous recommendations regarding policy enhancements to ensure reasonable risk performance while maintaining profitability
  • Hiring and manage collections, underwriting and operations team to start up credit operation cycle.
  • Lead developers, software architect engineering, IT and marketing team to design new application offering Fawry consumer finance products.
  • Review error rate of credit underwriting team and take proper actions.
  • Raise users’ requirements for all projects with technology team: Work closely with the business teams within Fawry consumer finance across the region to gather requirements and document these clearly for the IT and PMO teams
  • Communicate effectively with the business team on all risk related matters.
  • Have an appropriate level of knowledge of all clients’ business, background and circumstances and fully understand the client requirements.
  • Hiring new external collections and investigation agencies to maintain underwriting and collections activities.
  • Build, develop and lead the collections and Recovery team to manage the firm’s debt collection service and acting for clients in recovery matters, dealing with bulk volume recovery, as well as bespoke complex collection matters.
  • Design collections and recovery system to manage collections activities and performance.
