• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations including electronic SMT, THT and manual assembly, printing and plastic injection
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping and control production flow, material availability and scrap ratio.
• Follow ISO standards for consistent product quality.
• Oversee the operations, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of electricity, transmission or distribution equipment, control systems and building.
• Managed large-scale projects and introduced new systems, tools, and processes to achieve challenging objectives.
• Ensure Safety, everyone working in the facility receives necessary training and PPEs.
• Execute appropriate staffing and budgetary plans to align with business forecasts.
• Manage the process of supervising and guiding employees to optimize their job performance by getting suitable training.
• Identified cost improvement changes and cost savings plans to increase company savings.
• Review and analyze reports, records and directives to obtain data required for planning activities.
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
• Keep an eye on spending and control expenses and costs to achieve budgetary goals of the company.
• Negotiate contracts with external providers till reach a legal binding agreements.
• Provide consulting services to other subsidiaries to help them to improve their processes and increase efficiency.
• Build economic feasibility studies to determine the profitability of establishing new factories sharing with finance and marketing departments.
