The Operations Executive and Order Entry position involves the processing and management of securities transactions. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of orders, compliance with regulations, and efficient operations within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry:
Accurately input client orders into the trading system.
Verify and confirm transaction details with clients.
Ensure all orders comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Operations Management:
Monitor and manage daily operations related to securities transactions.
Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and operational activities.
Client Interaction:
