- Supervision and following up production, process and maintenance operations.
- Implementing MOC (Management of change) that includes:(Applying locked open-locked closed valves, Passing valves register, Alarm management, Temporary equipment register, Temporary hoses register and inspection, Making facility change proposals (FCP),Seep and weep registering).
- Assessing By-passed / Overridden / Forced instrumented protective functions, the status of other safeguarding systems and temporary changes to pressure relief systems to validate mitigations are in place.
