Install C3/C4 Refrigeration units and storage tanks at Ju'aymah NGL Fractionation with Saudi Aramco (EPC Project) (Now in Construction Phase)

This project is one of the largest project that performed by Enppi

The scope of this project is installing one propane refrigeration unit , one butane refrigeration unit, two propane tank vapor recovery units, two butane tank vapor recovery units, 2 propane tanks (double wall contaminant) and two butane tanks (double wall contaminant).

• I’m one of process team who carried out process design engineering work, verified on Front End Engineering Design (FEED) which was performed by SELFE company, perform detailed engineering design, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning the project.
• Generate (PFDs, P&IDs, DPDT, Cause and Effect, hydraulic calculations, operating manuals) with respect to clients' requirement (ARAMCO) and their standards (Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards with (SAES) & Saudi Aramco Materials System Specifications (SAMS) and Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedures (SAEP))
• Performing hydraulic design for pumps and issue the process data sheets.
• Performing line sizing for single fluid phase and mixed fluid phase
• Participate in P&ID design reviews, HAZOP, SIL and other safety studies, 3D model reviews
• Design four air coolers with HTRI software and issuing the technical specifications for supplier bids with respect to ARAMCO 9com
• Evaluate suppliers technical offers and issuing Technical evaluation report.
• Participate in evaluating the technical offers for Equipments (pumps, compressors, vessels and control valves).
• Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest company guidelines with respect to environmental and health aspects.
• Participate in plant layout reviews, model reviews, design reviews and technical workshops.

Gas Compression Station in Dahshour.

• This project is considered as one of smart sustainable solutions in the Middle East economically , environmentally. The scope of this project installing two compressors units one which is powered by a gas turbine and the other by two electric verified
• I’m of the process team who designed the 4 air coolers and verified the special design of the air condenser which is supplied by turboden supplier.
• Participate in verifying the PFD, P&ID and all engineering documents that were issued by supplier and Now this project is in construction phase.

New Asphalt Production Unit (the first Vacuum distillation unit done by company producing Asphalt through an EPC contract till start-up).

• I had performed the design of 10 Heat Exchangers & all of which are currently operational.
• I’m one of process team who carry out process design engineering work, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detail engineering design
• Generate design philosophy, PFDs, P&IDs, DPDT, Cause and Effect, hydraulic calculations, and operating manuals to comply with clients' requirement and Enppi Specification.
• Carry out hydraulic design for pumps and issuing the process data sheets
• Participate in P&ID design reviews, HAZOP, SIL and other safety studies, 3D model reviews
• Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest company guidelines with respect to environmental and health aspects
• Participate in Plant layout reviews, model reviews, design reviews and technical workshops.
• This plant has been started up in 2021 without any issues.
