lead the integration of planning, production scheduling, and logistics functions across the Cluster. He will oversee the optimization of operations, ensuring alignment among production, distribution, and energy management strategies. The role will:

• Direct and integrate production planning and scheduling to optimize supply chain performance.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes across AMEI.
• Oversee the strategic use of digital tools such as Power BI, ALTO, and LIM Optim to enhance real-time decision-making and operational agility.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Energy Operations, LIM Operations, and the production execution team.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and innovation across planning and logistics processes.

• Coordinates Bulk Sourcing, Dispatch & transportation within the country.
• Ensures legal and conform operations in the respect of the current policies and standards.
• Ensures an efficient and profitable management of all the Air Liquide assets & trailer, truck.

• Manages Bulk logistic team adapts to local condition the country policies and procedures to optimize Distribution Centre and distribute products to customers at the lower cost as possible in the respects of quality, safety and environment.

• Ensures that regulations are properly followed and that the corresponding paper work is accurate and up to date (driving time, speed limits, hazardous materials).

• The mission is to manage the Dispatching of the entity in order to ensure the best performance in term quantities delivered per kilometer travelled while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulation compliance.
