• Managing all pre-contract / commercial activities as following:
• Business Development Activities:
• 1. Preparing Business plan and action plan for penetrating the RE market.
• 2. Generating leads for developers and investors in (Private and Governmental Sectors), and seeking opportunities of the projects in the pipelines.
• 3. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to position the company for new business opportunities.
• 4. Organize with country managers and all business Departments to update the RE market status
• 5. Networking with agencies in the international renewable community in (MENA, SSA, and CCA regions) like (Solar Media, Energy Net…) in order to market our services and reach new clients.
• 6. Networking with NGOs in the international renewable community in (MENA, SSA, and CCA regions) like (Dii Desert Energy, MESIA, GCC alliance….) in order to get their partnerships to have access to the market studies in the different countries.
• Sourcing Activities:
• 1. Contacting wind/solar products manufacturer suppliers to get their techno commercial offers.
• 2. Preparing data base for the main wind/solar products suppliers in MEAA region, and collecting their rates to be on our vendor list to choose the competitive offers for the projects procurement.
• 3. Contacting local construction subcontractors to update the construction market price commercial offers for Installations all over MEAA region.
• 4. Contacting international consulting Offices in renewable energy like (Lahmeyer, DNV GL, ERCC) in order to investigate their services for EPCs.
• Technical Proposal Activities:
• 1. Preparing the technical Proposals.
• 2. Reviewing the technical offers for providing a feedback and comments according to the case
• Tender Activities:
• 1. Preparing BOQ (Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation).
• 2. Estimating of (Direct Cost, Indirect Cost, Over Head, Risks, and Profits).

• General support for taking over the projects according to the contract scope of work and time within the contract budget.
• Manage the project team and put a clear scope of work for each one.
• Carrey out the construction follow up (all project activities).
• Review all contract technical submittal and secure all documentation to be signed from all Parties.
• Execute management responsibility on daily basis for everything related to the assigned Project (fulfillment of contractual obligations).
• Representing the owner in all kind of project Meetings (monthly, interface meetings)
• To follow up implementation of wind projects.
• Apply and supervise all required safety and quality standards on site at all times.
• Supervise all mechanical, electrical and commissioning works to be according to the Installations manual.
• Monitor the shipping plan to be in line with the project plan.
• Manage and supervise all main and subcontractors.
• Reviewing invoices, technical reports and As-Built drawings.
• Preparing time schedules for carrying out the project works.
• Approval or rejection of executed work elements.
• Manage all send, received mails and letters.
• Manage all claims, submittal comments and open/bending issues.
• Factory inspections of all wind farm components and Preparation of Inspection Report on each factory inspection.
• Leading the development and satisfactory finalisation of the construction Punch list.
• Overseeing the completion, testing and handover of the Project under the EPC Contract.
• Successfully transitioning the completed Project into operations and the warranty phase
• Monitoring of project warranty period and verify guaranteed performance parameters (power performance, availability, reliability of electrical network).

• 1999 – 2000 senior mechanical engineer, private Egyptian contracting company for Pump and piping systems, Egypt.
• Responsible for tender documents preparation and specifications for the domestic & sewage water system and its pump station projects.
• 1993– 1999 Travelled to work in Saudi Arabia in different positions as follow:
• 1997– 1999 Mechanical consultant site engineer, I have approval from Saudi Arabia authority for working as a consultant.
• Responsible for mechanical and electrical works in domestic water pump stations and its distribution system (130 km piping system &storage tanks).

• Responsible for all site implementation works of maintenance, repair and changeable all pump & piping system projects.
