  • Assigned as “Rotating Equipment Leader” for following projects:

1. Yanbu Export Refinery Project (YERP)

Client:- Aramco Overseas Company (AOC)

· Yanbu Export Refinery Project (YERP) is Mega project processing about 400,000 Barrel / Day of Arabian crude oil. Project included following commodities:

· API Centrifugal Pumps (88 Pumps)

· ASME & Sealless Pumps (21 Pumps)

· Progressive Cavity Pumps (6 Pumps)

· Side Entry Mixers (8 Mixers)

· Static Mixers (2 Mixers)

2. YCOT Yanbu Crude Oil Terminal

Client:- Aramco Overseas Company (AOC)

· YCOT required to utilize crude oil pumps which were out of service since 1973 to transfer crude oil to YERP project (SP1 tank farm). scope of work during project covers following;

· Issuing MRQ for inspection and repair activities, review original equipment manufacturer report which covers equipment status (whether equipment can be repaired or it shall be replaced by new one)

· Perform inspection visits and attend pumps hydrostatic test and review final inspection report conducted by OEM.

· Review refurbishment activities for pumps and review newly generated vendor prints for refurbished pumps.

· Attend final performance and hydrostatic test.

3. Al-Mujiz Rehabilitation Plant

Client:- Aramco Overseas Company (AOC)

· Detailed engineering and construction supervision for rehabilitation of rotating equipment at Al-Mujiz plant including:

· New utility pumps API 610 and ASME B37.1.

· New Diesel Generators.

· New OVHD Cranes.

· Complete supervision of Installation, commissioning and start-up of the main shipper pumps (refurbished by another EPC Contractor).

4. ANRPC New CCR & Platforming Unit Project

Client:- ANRPC (Egypt)

· ANRPC intended to install a second new CCR Platforming Unit licensed by UOP to process this excess heavy naphtha from the new naphtha hydro-treater, the project included the following equipment:

· Net Gas Reciprocating Compressor (2.25 MW Hydrogen service).

· Recycle Gas Centrifugal Compressor (2.25 MW Hydrogen service) with condensing steam turbine driver.

· API Centrifugal Pumps (30 Pumps)

· Proportioning pumps (8 Pumps)

· Instrument Air Compressor and Dryer package (3125 m3/hr)

· Emergency Diesel Generator (2.4 MW)

· Electric OVHD Cranes and Manual Monorails

· Handling Study for the overall project.

5. Red Sea New Naphtha and Hydrocracker Complex

Client:- RSNRC (Egypt)

· Red Sea National Refinery and Petrochemicals Company (RSNRPC) intends to secure around 4,500 KTPA of crude oil (imported or locally), The refinery will be designed to produce the following various main petroleum fuel products; Gasoline, Diesel, Jet Fuel, Propane, Butane, and/or Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG), Coke, Sulfur, Refinery Gases; the scope of work during the project covers the following:

· Review and participate in the project units licensor's selection.

· Detailed Engineering for all rotating equipment including the following:

- QTY #5 M.V API 618 Reciprocating compressor

- QTY #4 L.V API 618 Reciprocating compressor

- QTY #3 API 617 Centrifugal Compressor

- DCU Hydraulic Decoking Unit

- DCU Bridge Crane

- QTY #33 API 610 Centrifugal Pumps (16 Services)

6. Safanyia Debottleneck Project

Client:- Aramco Overseas Company (AOC)

· Safanyia Debottleneck is a Mega project to ensure Safaniyah Onshore Plants will meet and maintain the forecasted crude oil rates at Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC). The objective of this project will be met by increasing the Arab Heavy crude processing capacity from 1200 to 1300 MBCD and the produced water handling capacity from 810 to 1500 MBWD

. Project included the following commodities:

· Formation water injection pumps (Qty #4 8MW) complete with lube oil system, mechanical seal plan 53B and automatic top-up units.

· API Centrifugal Pumps (60 Pumps up to 2 MW)

· Static Mixers (2 Mixers)

· GIS OVHD Crane.

. Emergency Diesel Generator.

7. Juaymah, Install C3/C4 Butane and Propane Refrigeration Tanks

Client:- Aramco Overseas Company (AOC)

· JnGLF plant is one of the largest NGL fractionation plants in the world; this project will install the largest double wall cryogenic tanks with the associated refrigeration units and Tank Vapor Recovery (TVR) units to accommodate the increase production of Propane and Butane planned to grow with the startup of Jafurah and Marjan gas increment programs. this project includes the following equipment:

· 2 API 617 Refrigeration cryogenic compressors (7 MW each)

· 4 API 617 TVR cryogenic compressors (7 MW for propane and 2 MW for butane).

· Intank Cryogenic pumps (24 pumps) special design by Nikkisso or Elliott Ebara.

· API 610 Cryogenic pumps (22 pumps for both refrigeration and TVR units).

· Utility pumps for open drain sumps and sanitary.

Client:- GASCO

· Dahshour compression station is Natural Gas transmission project with the objective of boosting 997 MMSCFD of natural gas to Upper Egypt, Project included the following commodities:

· Four turbo-compressors trains (Each 28 MW ISO rating)

· Three Instrument air compressors

· Emergency diesel generator

· NFPA, FM/UL Firefighting package.

· Workshop OVHD cranes

2. Aqaba Compression Station (Jordan)

Client:- GASCO/FAJR

· Aqaba compression station is Natural Gas transmission project with the objective of boosting 800 MMSCFD Project includes the following commodities:

· Four turbo-compressors train(Each 14 MW ISO rating).

· 2 Gas Engines for power generation.

· Emergency Diesel Generators.
