As project manager, I am responsible of planning and managing deployment of Mobileum's RAID modules on customer environments and handling customer change requests and operational issues. Also, my responsibilities include budget planning and monitoring deliverables.

In this role I am responsible on developing and deploying Machine Learning pipelines to be used within Mobileum RAID solutions to Finance department in the Telecom operators for Fraud Management.
The Machine Learning modules are used to detect Fraudsters active on the network using supervised and unsupervised models.Practical Experience using several technologies:

• Apache Spark
• ML Libraries: H2O, Spark ML, TensorFlow

In this role I am responsible on delivering Mobileum RAID solutions to Finance department in the Telecom operators for both Fraud Management and Business Assurance sections.

Participated in 20+ projects across the Middle East & Africa region. Playing different roles:

• Project Manager.
• Solution Architect.
• Technical Account Manager.
• Business/Requirement Analyst.
• Technical Team Leader.

In Mobileum's RA/FM solution:

• Performs ETL to all operator's traffic from all nodes, vendors (i.e. Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia) and formats.
• Provides end user with visualization and analysis tools to all data streams within the operator's business and operations.
• Performs Near Real Time monitoring to network activity and raise immediate alarms once suspicious behavior is detected.
• Handle the life-cycle of alarms raised until resolution.

Practical Experience using several technologies:

• Programming Languages: Java, Python, Shell Scripting and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Databases: Oracle Database and Cloudera CDP.
• Operating System: Linux, SunOS and HP-UX.

In this role, I was a senior Java developer responsible for designing, implementing and delivering product modules.

Participated in developing Arrow Cloud Platform used as a search engine for electronic components and chips.

• STC Network Inventory Integration to develop integration interfaces for Ericsson’s Granite Inventory.
