  • Studying the contracts with suppliers to define our scope and suppliers scope (France, Germany and chick Slovakia companies)
  • Issue the general layout drawings for civil consultant to design the detail civil works drawing and follow up the project designs with consultants in order to highlight any deviation with the codes / standards
  • Participate in the review of the content of construction drawings and procedures, prior to issue, in order that construction execution is optimized in the most cost effective
  • Revision the civil drawing to match with the mechanical drawing to avoid any conflict
  • Following all contractor’s deliveries to site (dispatches according to packing list) and progress reports for every subcontractor
  • Participate with relevant site staff to producing the construction schedule by appropriate mechanism for monitoring subsequent progress against the schedule
