*Troubleshoot injection molding machine, molding process, tool issues, molding parts problems with scientific molding tools, take corrective actions plan and timelines.

*Identify and record any problems relating to injection molding machine, auxiliary equipment, injection molds, robot, product, process, or quality system.

*Provide support to management and production to improve injection process cycle time.

*Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the injection molding machines to prevent downtime and maintain their performance.

*Monitoring production output and quality to ensure that production targets are met, and the parts meets specifications.

*Ensuring that injection molding process is set up correctly and operating at optimal efficiency.

*Support purchasing and vendor development on Injection Molding related issues.

*Selecting and implementing new molding machine, auxiliary equipment needs for department based on volume, expected growth.

*Responsible for Trial of New Moulds and Trial of New Material
Responsible for Process setup, Trouble-shoot molding processes, and establish robust processes for molds.

*Support purchasing and vendor development on Injection Molding related issues.

*Facilitate samples for the Sales and Marketing group (new products).

*Maintain & update Production related document, Visual Management and Supervision of Daily Work Management
