A. Maintenance Activities:

1. Generate Maintenance plans using (CMMS) GMS software.

2. Carry-out both PMs and CMs for electrical equipment and systems such as: CAT 3412C diesel generator, CAT3512 Engine shipping pumps,Tanks Ml and Loads lighting system, Cathodic protection system, SBM navigation aid systems, power transformers, MV and LV distribution switchgear, Earthing system inspection, electrical actuator for MOVs, Lightening system inspection, Holman compressors, HVAC and kitchen equipment.

3. Carry-out PMs, CMs and calibration for custody transfer metering unit (Smith meters) PD type including:

a. Temperature, pressure and flow field instrument calibrations

b. Control, on - off and shutdown valves with electrical ( MOVs) and pneumatic actuators

c. Controllers (PLC Allen Bradley)

d. CMs for supervisory computer and control console

4. Maintenance and repair works for F&G systems (tanks, new manifold, buildings and process area ) fire alarm and detection systems

5. Follow up inspection reports and supervising the performance of workers performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all electrical equipment e.g.: Gensets, Ac motor, Compressors, Electrical Panels and switchgear..etc

6. Review spareparts stock and issue Material Requisitions

7. Set operating and capital budget proposal.

8. Technical Evaluations for Bidders Offers of Material Requisition.

9. Material Receiving and Factory Acceptance Test of Supplied Materials.

10. Issue technical scope of work for maintenance contracts

11. Supervision Maintenance Contracts.

12. Review Contractors Invoices

B. Projects Activities:

1. Issue technical scope of work for projects contracts

2. Technical Evaluations for Contractors Offers of Service Requisition.

3. Material Receiving and Factory Acceptance Test of Supplied Materials

4. Project Coordinator & Supervisor for some recent and ongoing projects on site such as
a) Installation for new Sewage Unit Plant (Installed)

b) Upgrade Exiting Medium Voltage Networks (Installation Phase)

c) Solar Water Heaters. (Installed)

d) 500 KW Solar Station. (Technical Evaluation Done, Contractual Phase)

e) Supply and Install of New 1.25MVA Generator(Installation Phase)

f) Fire Alarm & Fire Detection System (Bidding Phase)

C. Renewable Energy Activities

1. Energy Consumption Data Collection for Company's Sites (El-Hamra Terminal & Bed-1 Field & Headquarter).

2. Data Uploading to EGPC DCS (Data Collection System) Website.

3. Filling & Issuing Energy Saving Reports requested by EGPC.

D. Other Activities:

1. Factory Acceptance Test for DCS, Integrated Control & Shutdown System (ICSS).

2. Site Acceptance for Redundant 60KVA UPS.

1. Schedule and undertake preventive maintenance on all rig electrical equipment, components, and installations

2. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible

3. Ensure that equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities

4. Analyze the frequent failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and propose corrective action to decrease the probability of those failures

5. Follows up inspection reports and supervising the performance of workers in repairing failures that could retard production and reasons of those failure and their repeatability

6. Gather data and calibrate instruments to make sure they are accurate.

7. Study and understand electrical schematics and logic diagrams as required.

8. Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting system faults and failures, of all electrical equipment down to the component level.

· Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production line equipment.
