• Study the final collected reports on the performance rate of the region’s exchanges and study the reasons for the daily improvement/decrease in KIPS.
• Follow up on the work related to the Kam website and related to the information transfer circuits and PTP fiber circuits in terms of working to provide the possibility and following up on implementation and cancellations on a daily basis.
• Follow up on all work related to the ADSL Portal website in terms of following up and implementing the impossible numbers of the accounting statement and the technical statement, non-payment and final lifting; Follow up and implement government numbers and give them authority.
• Follow up and support EZONE in the region, prepare reports on it, and follow up on new initiatives monthly.
• Uploading cabins on the MSAN share point in the exchanges that are being replaced and following up on delivering the international feature to customers as well as the help feature to banks.
• Follow up on providing space and block requests according to the number of requests.
• Examining complaints received from service provider companies (operators), coordinating to remove the causes of complaints on a daily basis, and following up on transferring customers on data ports to customers of other Bit Stream service companies within 48 hours.
• Follow up and respond to the Change Port to VdSl numbers with the Foreign Affairs exchanges.
• Follow up and collect FTTH missions in the region and send them to the sector until disbursement.
• Preparing reports on the remaining FTTH installations and open faults from the WfM website and sending them to the exchanges so that they do not affect the performance rates in the SLA region.
