• Co-ordination with civil & finishing teams, ID subcontractor and façade subcontractor with MEP & V.T subcontractors during engineering and site installation & coordination with Consultant (K&A, KTC & CD+M), PMC (MACE) and client (EMAAR) for approval and site progress
• Attending the coordination meeting, progress meetings and site walks with consultant, PMC &client
• Involve in design / review / implementation of allLV/ELV functions and discipline required for the project
• Reviewing and Preparing Method of Statement
• Reviewing and Preparing ITPs
• Reviewing and Preparing Technical submittal
• Preparing Required Documents for authorities’ inspections like (DEWA,
• DU, Etisalat, DM Municipality & Civil Defense…etc.,)
• Assure that the installations of LV/ELV related systems(Lighting, Power,
• FAS, LCS, CCTV, ACS, PA, BGM, BMS etc.) are in compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards.

• Perform Testing and Commissioning for fire alarm system and prepar Cause and Effect Matrix
• Perform Testing and Commissioning for Disable Toilet alarm system
• Perform Testing and Commissioning for Central Battery system (CBS)
• Perform Testing and Commissioning for CCTV & ANPR Camera system
• Perform Testing and Commissioning for Access Control and Gate

Egypt Rail Transit Monorail Project (6th of October city & New Capital)
Project Description: Cairo monorail project is the longest monorail all over the world, it is consisting of two lines, The first line (New Capital City Monorail Line) total length of 53 km and 22 Stations and 1depot , The second line (6th October City Monorail Line) total length of 42
km and 12 Stations and 1depot.
Responsibilities/ Tasks:

• Client representative, managing contractors on projects from pre construction to handover phase
• Reviewing all documents from contractor including design drawing, shop drawing, material submittals, supplier per-qualifications, technical submittals .
• Liaised between departments to facilitate communication and keep appropriate parties updated on project developments.
• Kept corporate and client information confidential, adhering to data safety measures.

• Attaining project related meeting from client, consultants etc.
• Preparing Material Approval Submittal & BOQ.
• Material follow-up for dispatch.
• Preparing project progress status report for management review.
• Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity.
• Preparing record of executed work i.e
• Reports after execution, daily progress report.
• Inspecting the work as per drawing and standards and maintaining the record of inspection.
