• Managing system integrity for hazardous liquid pipelines as (API 1160) - Managing system integrity of gas pipelines as ( B31.8 S) - Follow up Piping Fitness-for-Service (FFS) evaluations and recommend suitable repair according to reference codes such as (API-571, 579 & ASME –FFS – 1,..Etc).
• Follow up Corrosion monitoring by corrosion coupon according to reference codes such as (NACE SP 0775 & NACE SP 0206-2006,..Etc).
• Follow up chemical injection in pipe lines and wells based on water production index and chemical treatment for infected vessels & tanks by microbiological according to reference codes such as (NACE.TM 0194,.etc).
• Facilitate daily inspection for piping and pipe lines using according to reference code such as (API 570, API RP 580 / 581, RBI...Etc.)
• Facilitate periodical inspection plan for all vessels according codes and slandered such as (API 510, API RP 580 / 581, RBI...Etc.)
• Facilitate periodical Desludging, cleaning & inspection plan for all oil storage tanks using codes and slandered such as (API 653).
• Follow up inspection plan for fired heaters (fire tubes) according to (API 573,RP 572 & ASME Section V).
• Follow up regular Pigging & Smart pigging program for all pipe lines and wells according to codes such as ASME (B31G & API 1160).

Working in oil& gas processing plants
- Monitoring process parameters, controlling/optimization the production, trouble shooting and analysis to processing/separation of Water, Salt, Oil and Gas from the crude oil obtained from different field (Wells) with zero accidents.
- Optimizing day to day operations performance and smooth functioning through better coordination with other departments (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Safety).
- Ensure as per P&ID- leak/hydro/pressure test of vessels, Line flushing, Vessel flushing, Nitrogen purging, depressurizes, vent, draining and vessels cleaning with maintenance team.
- Responsible for evaluate the process pipelines & vessels thickness using Ultrasonic (NDT) Method and compare with technical specifications and economic factors relating to process.
- Monitoring the flowing Crude Oil & Treatment Chemicals (Evaluation of the performance) such as De-mulsifier, Gas/Oil Corrosion Inhibitor, Antifoam and water injection chemicals like – Biocide, Oxygen Scavenger, Water Clarifier, and Scale Inhibitor.
- Ensure the quality of crude oil (BS&W, API gravity, RVP and Salt content below 30 PTB) and produced water quality with cost/ consumption optimization of treating chemicals.
- Worked as an active member during the plant shutdown/ startup for periodically maintenance activities. And lead Engineer with Corrosion Control/Inspection Management.
- Independent night shift in charge (Team Leader) of about 50 peoples (Engineers, Supervisors, DCS Panel Operators, Safety Officer, Technicians & Assistants) to boost up the plant maintenance activities to with zero accidents.
- Worked as an active member during the plant shutdown/startup for periodically maintenance activities. And lead Engineer with Corrosion Control/Inspection Management.
Operating on DCS (Foxboro)
- To coordinate with DCS operators (Provide operational guidelines as and when required) for trouble free operation and major process parameters such as Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Interphase Level and Mixing Valve Pressure (ΔP) to improve the quantity & quality of export crude oil.
- Worked as a DCS commissioning incharge during the DCS commissioning time; Graphics page modification, function test of the instruments, function test of the equipment, test run of the running equipments without load, valve exercising, status checking with compared to the field, all F&G detectors calibration, ESD system function test as per cause and effect diagram.
Operating Gas turbines for compressor set at gas injection plant
- Monitoring flowing parameters through (DCS ) for set pressure, Temperature, flow rate & controller according to manual and slandered for Gas Turbine comply with the current condition for well injection and reservoir characteristics.
