It is part of the Riyadh Public Transport Project (RPTP), the largest public transport project. The RPTP is composed of a metro network, a bus system, and other transport services in the capital city. Al Fadhilh EST was hired as a subcontractor by Nesma who is the main contractor of line 3 (orange line). The Orange Line is the longest of the six line metro system with a total length of 41.6 KM and 22 stations. Al Fadhilh’s scope of work is approximately 4 Km of underground rail work. Mohammed as the assigned project engineer, was responsible for developing the scope of work for engineering tasks and budgets for assigned project elements. Also, monitoring progress against schedule and budget requirements and identifying and documenting the changes in scope. He is also responsible for assisting in determining the scope of work for procurement of materials and equipment. Additionally, overseeing the assignment of personnel from other technical support groups within the company. Obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contractual information to project disciplines. Assist in determining the technical skills and staff hours required. Coordinate work between engineers and other interdisciplinary technical personnel on the project. Monitor progress and interface with procurement to facilitate project progress.
Comtech Group, as part of a joint venture, is providing project management services to TTC’s construction department for a multi-year period. Project managers and
project control personnel assigned to TTC offices operate in an integrated team environment with TTC staff to implement TTC’s capital program. Mohamed supports senior project managers and project managers in the development and delivery of
projects, including monitoring and controlling project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Manages the life cycle of assigned projects, including defining, monitoring, and reviewing all project phases, resource requirements, and dependencies. Supports project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and to the approved quality, time, and cost targets. Coordinates stakeholder involvement during project development and delivery. Supports project teams by monitoring project progress and performance and producing project status reports. Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the client and project teams. Participated in multiple bid evaluation teams awarding a collective value of $100M, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, and issuing recommendation reports. Monitoring progress and performance against established
terms of reference and work plans; preparing variance reports and explanations for management, identifying potential problem areas and recommending corrective action as required.

environment with TTC staff to implement TTC’s capital program. As part of engineering cost and estimating, the TTC construction department is responsible for delivering various capital projects under the 10-year capital program from initiation
to completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, design management, construction management, cost controls, and other requirements needed to deliver projects in a cost-effective, timely, and safe manner to meet the
expected quality. Mohamed supports senior project managers and project managers in the development and delivery of projects, including monitoring and controlling project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Manages the life cycle of assigned projects, including defining, monitoring, and reviewing all project phases, resource requirements, and dependencies. Supports senior project managers and project managers by coordinating consultants and contractors and performing regular reviews of their performance. Supports project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and to the approved quality, time, and cost targets. Coordinates stakeholder involvement during project development and delivery. Reviews certificates of payment. Supports project teams by monitoring project progress and performance and producing project status reports. Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information

Procured materials and equipment, used engineering methods and cost control strategies to perform value engineering, and administered payment processes, including certificates of payment, releases of retention payments, and progress payments. Estimated and negotiated liquidated damages based on contractual agreements and compliance with laws and executed and implemented company contractual policies and procedures for quality control.
Mohamed managed the Seil Hotel extension project in the Red Sea province, ensuring on-schedule and on-budget progress. Conducted daily site inspections to ensure each project activity met the agreed standards, budgets, and timescales. Supervised all activities to ensure the workforce adhered to all safety regulations. Enforced quality assurance measures throughout all project phases.
