My name is Mohamed Tiba, and I work as Health and Safety Officer in the construction field. Since I began this vital career in 2020, I have been committed to raising awareness of occupational health and safety standards among workers. My passion for the field has driven me to continuously develop myself through both self-study and hands-on experience. For example, I am confident in my ability to implement safety standards on-site, identify violations, and address them in line with company policies. I am also capable of conducting risk assessments, implementing appropriate controls, investigating incidents, reviewing work permits, and participating in safety meetings. My goal is to be a valuable contributor to the success of any company I work with. My ultimate aim is to protect company assets and safeguard the lives of its employees, helping the company grow into a leading force in its industry
