10) Conduct site visits to collect technical data.
11) Review quantity take-offs and unit cost sheets.
12) Extract bid bond information and evaluate sub-trade coding.
13) Assess supplier and subcontractor quotations and technical/commercial comparisons.
14) Hold client meetings to gather project requirements and data.
15) Contribute to bid closing preparations and direct cost analysis.
16) Support estimation manager in equipment listing, histograms, cash flow, and presentations.
17) Lead teams in assigning estimation tasks and ensure adherence to work procedures.
18) Ensure quality compliance of all services and deliverables.
19) Provide regular performance feedback and appraisals to team members.

• Study assigned portion/system/division of the Tender in case of completion and feasible to start the bid study with and reports (Review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against project drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced)
• Check tender documents completeness and classify tender documents as per departments scope
• Prepare list of major quantities
• Review and prepare inquiries (RFQs) to suppliers' sub-contractors
• Prepare tender queries to client/Engineer
• Visit tender site and collect technical data and support in the site visit report preparation
• Communicate with suppliers/sub-contractors, receive offers and compare the offers technically and commercially
• Prepare Technical Proposal for assigned portion and reports
• Prepare itemized lists, including all necessary details of materials for the bid to fully comply with the specification
• Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, schematic drawings and specifications using current quotations, historical information for his / her assigned portion of the study for final approval
• Review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced
• Formulate the coding of unit cost sheet
• Review unit cost sheet preparation
• Review and manage prices in unit cost sheet, incorporation with the concerned department(s)
• Prepare the technical and commercial comparison sheets for the suppliers offer
• Prepare estimates by assembling product requirements; calculating costs; applying margins to ensure that estimates address all potential safety risks and concerns.

• Study the assigned portion / system / division of the Tender if complete and feasible to start the bid study with and reports (review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced)
• Check the completion of tender documents
• Prepare and dispatch/follow inquiries (RFQs) to suppliers/subcontractors to solve Tender Documents ambiguities if needed
• Communicate/negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors, receive offers and compare the offers technically and commercially in order to select the best offer
• Prepare Technical Proposal for assigned portion and reports
• Participate in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the section

• Supervising the execution of 34 standalone and a 32 Townhouse villas' concrete works besides supervising finishing block work to ensure work execution as per specifications
