Multi-tasking dedicated senior analytical chemist with +10 years extensive knowledge and experience in the chromatography and spectrometry (LC/MS (mainly), GC/MS and HPLC). Proficient in the analysis the contaminants residues in food via extraction, purification, identification and confirmation. Moreover, my academic work was through obtaining master degree in analytical biochemistry and finished pre-PhD studies. Desire a challenging laboratory position to apply my expertise in liquid chromatography/ Mass spectrometery (in chemical analysis, method and process development)

• Participated as an author in a scientific work published in molecules journal entitled with (Evaluation of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables from the Asir Region, Saudi Arabia) and published in mdpi journal 01-2020
• Gave an online Oral presentation at the World Congress on Biotherapeutics and Bioanalytical Techniques" held during September 11-12, 2017 in Dallas, USA 9-2017

• Designed and applied 2 workshops at the National Company for Fishery and Aquaculture (NCFA)
• Workshop 1 (Pesticide residue and Mycotoxin analysis by LC/MS water Xevo TQD): Brief description training of R&D lab staff for creating method for representative analytes of different groups of pesticides including (Organophosphorous, Organonitrogen, Carbamate, Triazines, Neonecotinoids,etc..) as well as training for extraction of pesticide residue in feed raw materials using QUChERS method, besides a training for creating method for Mycotoxins including (Aflatoxin B1 B2 G1 G2, Aflatoxin M1, Ochratoxin A, DON and ZON).
• Workshop 2 ( Vitamin analysis by Agilent 1260 HPLC/UV ): Training staff for creating method of both water soluble and fat soluble vitamins including (Vit B1, B2, B6, B12, Vit C, Vit A, Vit E)

• Lab manager and certified LIMS(labware) admin 1, Amiral, Royal International Inspection Laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025:2017, accredited lab by DAkkS), Pesticide residue section, El Sokhna port, Suez, Egypt. Besides contribution in routine work and method development in some critical testing method including (PAHs, Tocopherols and Mycotoxins).
• (current instrument dealing with: TSQ Altis LCMSMS, TSQ Altis plus, Orbitrap explosris 120, GC /MS MS 1300 & 1310 coupled with TSQ 9610).
• Previously, Senior chemist, Adeco group, Abha food safety lab, Toxins department, KSA. besides contribution in routine work and method development in determination of the honey quality including different testing methods (sugar content, HMF, Diastase activity, humidity, etc.,)
• Previously, Authorized Analyst, Central Labs of Alexandria (CLA) (17025 accredited lab by EGAC), Toxins department (pesticide residues and Mycotoxins), Alexandria, Egypt.
• Pesticide analysis using QUEChERS methods followed by UPLC/MS MS (Agilent 1290/6460) and UPLC/MS MS (Thermo Ultimate 3000/TSQ Quantum Access Max).
• Mycotoxin analysis using Fluorometer, ELISA and UPLC/MS MS (Agilent 1290/6460) and (Thermo Ultimate 3000/TSQ Quantum Access Max) techniques in different food commodities.
• Assist TM in Discovering root causes for non-conforming technical works.
• Improve laboratory quality activities on a continuous basis ("continuous improvement").
• Participate in writing working instructions and test methods (SOPs).
• Handle samples and performing analyses according to QPs and test methods (SOPs).
• Participate in periodical Quality meeting.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated, report all deficiencies (e.g., equipment malfunctions) in the appropriate manner.
• Participate in calculating the Uncertainty for lab results.
• Responsible for achieving all validation parameters according to lab quality procedures, GLP and SANCO 2021, (V.2).
• Give opinions and comments on the results.
• Internal auditor for quality assurance system.
• Responsible for the training of new analyst in pesticide residue analysis and Mycotoxin analysis.
• Participated as a senior member of the Egyptian delegation for assuring the quality of the imported wheat from France (Rouen and Dunkirk) in 2015.
