• Assumed responsibility for ensuring that all invoices are approved as per purchase order terms and conditions (3-way match approach) and as per contracts terms and conditions (Call out, Time sheet, DPR, PAF, Field ticket,material cargo manifest, technical server report, milestone completion certificate).
• Processed outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures (financial authority matrix, finance manual procedure).
• Calculated taxes (withholding tax-value add tax-payroll tax), discounts (early volume-monthly discount), rejected, disputed retention, less advance and third party Invoice.

Finance Member in Tender Committee (Procurement & Service Contract) :

• Assumed responsibility for ensuring that funds availability and tender cost were within the estimated cost.
• Conducted rate analysis and validity of offers exist.
• Oversaw all the offers received, examined whether vendors satisfied with eligibility criteria stipulated in the tender, went through the reasonableness of rates etc., and recommended the most suitable offer for the acceptance of the accepting authority.

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and manage customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments.
• Assist in registering the relevant data in the general ledger and other registers inclusive payments in local and foreign currency and to make the relevant charge allocations.
• Participate in preparing the required data on a monthly basis to identify the debtors financial status
• Assist in implementing analytical studies identifying the supplier's financial status & to notify the concerned locations.
• Prepare the monthly data identifying the expenditure rates of the company various activities whether production, services or projects and to notify the foreign partner.
• Prepare the relevant answers as regard the investigations required by auditors, the general accounting authority and the foreign partner.
• Participate in preparing the required reports on audit finding.
