• Lead clash detection and coordination processes using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360 and other BIM tools.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other discipline BIM leads to ensure overall project coordination.
• Act as primary point of contact for MEP-related BIM queries and issues.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, resolving design conflicts and model discrepancies.
• Review MEP models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project BIM requirements.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices. Conduct regular audits on BIM models.
• Generate detailed coordination reports, clash reports, and model status updates.
• Provide guidance and technical support to project teams on BIM-related issues.
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project delivery standards.
• Support BIM Manager in preparing Clash matrix, BEP and Weekly progress BIM reports.

PROJECTS : El Mataf expansion project in Haram Makkah (Saudi Arabia)

• Coordinate between office teams and same with suppliers.
• Create clash detection tests using Navisworks and send reports to all disciplines.
• Support all teams with software or coordination technical requirements.
• Study fixation solution proposals for suppliers to calculate and confirm site action.
• Follow up all project Revit model status for modifying actions.
• Review Revit models and prepare RVT files up to LOD 400.

• Assigning discovered geometric collisions to appropriate persons responsible for a given model
• Grouping and logical naming of collisions for easier identification
• View collision reports with relevant project team members
• Update collision reports and sending them to project management
