• Consultation for Shell (USA) ,Techno-Commercial Costing and BOQ Development including Risks,Sensitivity and Execution Complexity Factors for five different Electrification archetypes.

• Lead and follow up at site (Tanzania) All electromechanical issues, correspondences, meetings, and technical discussions with client (TENSCO& TECO) and subcontractors (Sinohydro, Dongfang electric).
• Coordinate the activities of the EPC contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, as required, to ensure quality assurance and production timing of deliverables is in accordance with the approved project execution schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan (all project artifacts, including but not limited to project schedule).
• Manage communications and relationship with Suppliers and stakeholders (consultants, subcontractors, and the Client(s)) Understanding the project and client requirements.
• Analyze technical attachments and scope description of all electromechanical related purchase orders to ensure compliance with scope description in related contracts.
• Ensures that a project scope is delivered on time, within approved budget, and to the required quality standards fulfilled (within agreed specifications).

• Participation of all electrical Power system analysis calculation (Load flow, S.C., Transformers Sizing Calculations, motor starting, CB rating, DC system, Battery Sizing, EDG sizing, cable sizing, Relay setting co-ordination studies) using ETAP software.
• Preparation of Conceptual and detailed plant overall single line diagram, MV/LV single line diagram with philosophy of operation designing Medium and Low voltage Electrical networks.
• Load estimation per square meter based on several international standards and regulations.
• Preparation Design of panel boards & motor control centers.
• Selection of power cables, protective devices and shop drawings of cable ladders, trays and duct banks.

• Study Interconnection of new factories with the Unified Power System grid at the industrial zones.
• Study the influence of the interconnection of Italgen Wind Farm to the Unified Power System by the year 2013 including the following tasks: System behavior in static conditions, including Power Flow Study, Short circuit calculations study, Contingency analysis.
• System behavior in dynamic conditions including Three phase and single-phase short circuit faults simulations, Disconnection of large generation units simulation.
• Interconnection of EL-Marakby 220 KV substation with the Unified Power System by the year 2013.
• Study of interconnection of El-Motawerin 66/11 kV substation at 10th of Ramadan City with the unified power system-kahraba Co.
• Development of the high voltage network plan for Hurghada area and Red Sea coast up to the year 2022.
