People Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and system test engineers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with overall project goals and timelines.
• Lead the team in delivering high-quality, on-time solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Conduct performance evaluations, and support the professional growth of team members.
• Manage Employee cases within his/her capacity.

Team Deliveries:

• Lead team capacity & plans.
• Lead Team to achieve Technical Operation Targets:Discipline guidelines, Process Adherence & KPIs
• Lead the team to successfully develop and maintain a clear test strategies for different test levels
• Ensure continuous maneuvering/Achieving deliveries and commitments

Organization Activities:

• Optimize organization Assets utilization
• Contribute to talent acquisition and retention efforts, participating in the recruitment process

Business Development

• Observe and understand the PGs / PLs needs in new engineering areas and propose something after alignment and discussion with the operation head. (System, CS, FuSA, Machine Simulation, Hardware Design...etc)
• Participate in new projects / activities discussions and propose ideas to gain more scope in both sys 5 and sys4 activities
• Analyze different test environments used in system testing activity in different sites
• Participate in HW and environment setup activities within the team for both System and SW activities (Opal RT - Dspace - NI (National Instrument) - Castle test benches (Valeo home made test bench) if needed)

Achievements:

• Successfully lead 20+ engineers working in different projects and Activities (SWE.6 - Sys.4 - Sys.5)
• Managed to work with 5+ different customers at the same time.
• Successfully developed 5+ test leads - 2 team leaders.
• Successfully achieved A Spice level 1 and A Spice level 2 in different projects for both system and SW Testing activities

• Successfully lead a team of 5 engineers technically to perform Basic SW Testing activities Related to Electrical power train systems

• Responsible for providing high-quality technical support for the ADSL Service.
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with 2nd and 3rd line support engineers to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
