Receiving files from all branches and import the data of files numbers into excel sheet
Reviewing the customers files and get sure that each file has the full correct data and all data are existing with no missing information or wrong data
Putting comments with the missing/incorrect data on the system then send each missing or incorrect data with the file number to the responsible branch to bring us back the missing data or correct the wrong ones
Sending the finalized files to the main vault
Branches sending the missing data
Remove the added comments and add the missing data to the file that have a missing information after receiving it from the branches
