The Data Center has achieved Uptime Institute Tier III Design Certification, reflecting international standards for performance, availability, and resilience.

Manage the operation, maintenance, and technical support of a network of 123 off-site ATMs across Egypt.

Oversee periodic inspections and compliance requirements conducted by Civil Defense Authorities across Egypt Governorate, ensuring facilities meet applicable fire and life-safety requirements.

Supervise the design and implementation of a Water Mist Fire Fighting System for the Bank's warehouses with total area 2500 m2, ensuring enhanced fire protection and compliance with applicable safety standards.

Lead the operation and facility management of FABMISR’s Edge HQ Data Center in Cairo, a state-of-the-art facility supporting Egypt’s financial infrastructure with high reliability, resilience, and sustainability. The Data Center has achieved Uptime Institute Tier III Design Certification, reflecting international standards for performance, availability, and resilience.

Manage the operation, maintenance, and technical support of a network of 123 off-site ATMs across Egypt.

Lead and oversee design and execution activities for the architectural fit-out, MEP and finishing works of FABMISR’s New Edge HQ in New Cairo, covering a total area of 32,550 m².

Oversee the design, construction. and implementation of FABMISR’s Edge HQ Data Center in Cairo, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support Egypt’s financial infrastructure with high reliability, resilience, and sustainability. The Data Center has achieved Uptime Institute Tier III Design Certification.

Oversee the delivery of the Data Center’s critical infrastructure with a total Critical Load of 466 kW, comprising 460 kW of White Space IT loads and 6 kW across mutually redundant Telecom Rooms 1 & 2.

Lead the design and implementation of FABMISR’s new Corporate Identity across 22 branches, ensuring consistency with the Bank’s brand standards and operational requirements.

Lead the identification, evaluation, selection, and contracting of new branch locations, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical feasibility, and commercial considerations.

Manage the Bank’s property portfolio and related financial obligations, including lease payments and Owners’ Association (Union of Occupants) fees, ensuring timely settlement and continuity of property operations.

Oversee the settlement of Chamber of Commerce fees and obligations related to the Bank’s branches across different governorates in Egypt.

Managed and oversaw all FM and procurement activities across Bank Audi’s Alexandria, Delta, and Giza regions, ensuring operational continuity and service quality across the Bank’s network.

Led the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities and engineering services, including the supervision of external contractors and service providers.

Managed and coordinated regional engineering procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, services, and technical requirements in line with the Bank’s procedures and operational needs.

Supervised the design and execution of new branch projects across Alexandria, Delta, from the initial technical requirements through execution and final handover.

Coordinated with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects were delivered in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

Participated in the construction and site execution works for major industrial projects, gaining hands-on experience in construction management, site coordination, and technical execution.

Participated in the execution of Mediterranean Spinning & Weaving Factory in Borg El Arab, covering a total built-up area of approximately 25,000 m².

Participated in the execution of Alexandria Fiber Company Factory in Al-Amreya, covering a total area of approximately 150,000 m².

Coordinated with site teams, contractors, and technical disciplines to ensure execution was carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules.
