After the merge of Qarun and Khalda, I was a member of the team responsible for completing the domain migration as follows:

1- Establish a trust relationship between the source and target forests. With the help of Platinum Partner for Microsoft in Egypt.

2- Moving more than 5,000 users and groups from Qarun Domain to the Khalda Domain using ADMT Tool.

3- Moving more than 5,000 computers from Qarun Domain to the Khalda Domain using ADMT Tool.

4- Moving more than 7,000 mailboxes from Qarun domain to Khalda's domain using cross-forest migrations of Microsoft Exchange.

5- Successfully integrated and synchronized on-premises Active Directory with Azure Active Directory, ensuring seamless user management and synchronization. Additionally, efficiently managed user licenses across a wide range of Microsoft products.

6- Office 365 Administration.

Current Projects

After completing the migration process, we are now working with large-scale enterprise environments, specifically with organizations having over 10,000 users, and have started to enhance the ICT infrastructure as follows.

• Consolidate and renovate the data center rooms for Qarun and Khalda.
• Attending presentations and workshops to get the latest technologies in infrastructure in terms of servers, storage and backup systems with international companies including (HP, Dell, ACT , BMB and Huawei).

• Starting VMware ESXi 6.5 implementation.
• Convert 45 servers from physical servers to virtual servers.
• Upgrade VMware ESXi from 6.5 to 7.0.3 with the help of a technical support vendor.
• Start preparing the plan to merge the Qarun Petroleum Company domain with the Khalda Petroleum Company domain.

• System Center Configuration Manager implementation.
• Manage all computers joined to the Domain via SCCM.
• Update Windows OS.

• Deploy software.
• Deploy OS via PXE server.
• Start preparing a plan to convert the data center from physical servers to virtual servers.
• In-place upgrade for legacy Windows server operating system, as per compatibility with hardware of servers.
• In-place upgrade for legacy client Windows operating system, as per compatibility with PC hardware.

• Provided technical support to end users and provided technical training to new users.
• Led and supervised a team of IT technicians in the installation and maintenance of various hardware and software.
• Established and maintained effective relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
