I was taking care of the guests from different nationalities helping them with their visit to the island

• Arranging the category they prebooked and upgrading some of them if they are celebrating special occasion like honey moon or birthday.
• Taking them in a tour in the island when they arrive.
• Helping them during their stay from booking restaurants and arranging trips.
• Making sure they got the best memory when they go back home.
• Processing all the payments of the accommodation.

• Greeting visitors and customers professionally and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Responding to inquiries from callers seeking information.
• Resolving customer problems and complaints.
• Handling all cashiering transactions.
• Making sure the guests are comfortable during their stay.
• Being the top enroller within several months reaching the highest enrollments made in the property in may 2024

-Processing the check-in and out of the arriving and the departing guests.

-Responsible mainly for VIP guests but helping with other guests as well.

-Helping the butlers with their assigned guests.

-Assisting the coordinators in the amenity report they sent to concierge team for arranging special occasions for guests in house and future arrivals.

-Preparing Credit Limit Report making sure guests covered the costs of their stay and they have enough credit to cover extra charges.

-Nominated for Atlantis Colleague Extraordinary Service for being a role model for Atlantis The palm, Dubai.

-Applying Hilton Standards.

-Processing the normal procedures of handling cashiering -transactions, check-in and out.

-Achieving the 1st place enroller during several months reaching 157 guests which represent 15% of the top enrollments in the property in August 2021.

-Increasing profitability in the hotel by upselling being the 1st performer across MEA in December 2021.

-Assigning the rooms according to guest preferences making sure they got the best stay ever.

-Preparing High Balance report helping with other night reports.

I was part of a student exchange program for university colleagues in the Middle-East and Gulf Area hosted by Nizwa University and During the visit I attended:
