  • Managing invigilation/Proctoring processes.
  • Provide assistance and support for academic staff in any issues they faced with other department in the university.
  • Handling All Students Problems and conflicts in terms of attendance, grades and schedule.
  • Organizing the advising and probation process.
  • Resolving the students as well as the academic reported technical issues.
  • Preparing all the necessary data and reviewing it for all types of schedules (Semesters and Exam Schedule).
  • Providing feedback on the students complains.
  • Planning of the summer semester, in terms of Courses registration, making suitable schedules and coordination with available teachers.
  • Organizing Offices for new staff members arranging with the dean faculty.
  • Revising all schedules sent by the schedule committee.
  • Managing the system linkage of Academic staff members to their respective courses.
  • Graduation Ceremony arrangements.
  • Involvement in Revision of the Financial report in coordination with the finance department.
  • Preparing Memos for students and staff for any special request to be discussed with the university president.
  • Challenges: I have been handling for 4 years Faculty of law and legal studies along with Information Engineering and technology with extra tasks for the launching of the new faculty including curricula preparations and course hours and weights.
