Responsibilities:

• Providing all required legal opinion and assistance to all branches related with their daily work (checks, inheritance. POA, retail loans. From of certificates issued upon customer’s request …………………. etc.).
• Supporting Corporate, SMEs, GTB, FI, Branches, and Treasury Departments.
• Drafting Facility Contracts such as (STL,MTL,Leasing, Factoring, and Mortgage ...).
• Drafting be spoken documents according to business needs.
• Review different forms of letters of guarantees whether original or counter that provided to us from our customers or corresponding Banks to proceed according to its draft.
• Attend meetings with business team to negotiate terms and conditions or any legal proposal submitted from customers or their counsels.
• Drafting Reschedule Contracts.
• Conduct proper legal review to all facilities documents to ensure that they are in line with Credit Approval Conditions to secure ABK Rights.
• Reviewing/Drafting Escrow and Syndications Agreements.
• Translating Bank's facility contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Handling any Corporate legal matters related to (BOD,Commercial registers, General Assembly Meetings, GAFI, FRA...ETC).
• Drafting corporate and SMEs facility contracts.
• Reviewing and scrutinizing all facilities and transactions documents before being signed to ensure that it is prepared according to Credit approval.
• Reviewing Insurance policies.
• Reviewing\Drafting Escrow Agreements.
• Reviewing MPRAs Agreements.
• Review different forms of letters of guarantees whether original or counter that provided to us from our customers or corresponding Banks to proceed according to its draft.
• Participating as legal delegate in corporate meetings and conferences (Presentation, summarization, drafting, reporting…ETC).
• Presenting legal department in Inductions.
