Program / Project Management

Task and responsibilities: -
· Implement energy development strategy & business plan.
· Lead the tendering team to prepare the most optimized solution commercially.
· Lead the commercial team to prepare market insights and market analysis studies.
· Support the business development team to prepare opportunities pipeline and the action plan suitable to each opportunity and client.
· Lead the admin team to register the company at all concerned entities.
· Support the finance team to prepare the most suitable financial model for each opportunity.
· Establish partnerships with suppliers, new partners, authorities, banks, and funding agencies.
· Engage with the marketing team to prepare the marketing strategy & plan.
· Present the group in front of clients first line responsible.
· Put the strategies and commercial solutions to face known and unknown Risks & risk reports.

Main Achievements: -
• Successfully deliver annually target and exceed up to 200 Million USD.
• Open new markets in north Africa (Tunis and morocco), gulf area (UAE and Kuwait) and sub-Saharan Area (Guinea Conakry, Congo DRC and Angola).
• Develop the internal system, cost sheet, budget and built a dashboard from scratch.
• Tender submission (Engineering, procurement and submission) in different sector of energy field; renewable energy, Diesel generator, substation step up and down, transmission line low, medium and high voltage. In Africa, gulf area and Asia (around 100 tender per year with a successful achievement of 20%).
• Successfully submit a prequalification in Asia, gulf and Africa area.supplier.

Task and responsibilities: -.
• Develop a specified breakdown budget, cash flow, and top sheet, and invite the stakeholders and director for discussion till the approval stage.
• Prepare and invite a tender for the consultant, and then assign a report to the stakeholders for the awarded office with reported verification.
• Manage a team of consultants and relevant departments in purpose to choose the Main contractor.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Track the legal contract and agreement with the consultant and main contractor.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• In addition, follow up with the Legal Department on the permits and licenses needed.
Main Achievements: -
• Business development (to distribute for JINKO photovoltaic panel and Schneider green energy), budget 3 M USD.
• Product manager for five FMCG distribution center (civil construction, steel structure, electrical, firefighting, ammonia and Ferron station and light current with data center). budget 400 M EGP
• Project management and monitor the Construction for distribution centers (KATTAMEYA 70 million LE new project, MARRYOTEYA 70 million LE new project, QALYOUB 70 million LE rehabilitation project and Asyut 40 million LE rehabilitation project,) Projects budget 250 million EGP, distribution center Freon system 400 kw with 2500 pallet position and 5 level height storage rack satellite system. dry, frozen and cold store
• Project Management for a distribution centers budget 100 million EGP per project ongoing project, distribution center Ammonia system “GEA Grade” 720 kw with 4000 pallet positions and 5 level height storage rack satellite system. dry, frozen and cold store
• Lead maintenance team preventive and corrective process.
• Support in design for the electrical system (load ampere calculation, routing, cable and pipe sizing, lighting and socket distribution, electrical panel with short circuit and selectivity study).
• Construction of four PV on grid plant system each 0.25 mega.

• This project has been executed on time, budget, and with quality despite the different challenges we faced in logistics, lack of subcontractors, and heavy bush clearing.
• I have conducted FAT in Shanghai, China, and Egypt.

Project Description: - Morocco Project HIDEL ENERGYA (a Joint Venture group between Hidelco and energya-pts) Construction de la Over Head Transmission ligne 400 KV Chichaoua – Timlilt lot 1 et 2 (160 km) Owner OFFICE NATIONAL DE L'ELECTRICITE (« ONE »).
This project has been executed in a fast-track delivery despite the logistic challenges and mountain geography.

Project Description: - Zambia project 33 KV (100 km) Owner: - CEC copper belt,
This project has been executed with a saving of one and a half million dollars and finished in six months despite eight months.
ü Procurement Engineer
• Zambia project ZESCO: - supplying Conductor, fitting, wooden poles, mounted transformer, and insulator with a budget of 4 million dollars with a saving of 500,000 dollars respecting the delivery time and the cash flow after attending an evaluation visit to China to check the material quality and evaluate the factory.
• Morocco project: -Two orders for a puller and tension machine with accessories with a budget of 550 000 euros from the point of view technically and commercially.
ü Design And Technical Support
• Design with sag10 for overhead transmission line (Zambia project 33 KV, Tunis project 66Kv and OWAYNAT project 24 KV, Tanzania project medium and low voltage) and achieve an official approval from the consultant, this approval includes the entire variation proposal submitted by technical advice presented and raised by me during the meeting.
• Design with sag10 for ADSS project under the 66kv electric line, and a study for electric field based on it we determine the required specification for the cable
• Supervise the profile line, sine optical, electric field and layout for the tender and operation project.
• Inspection for materials FAT in Factory.
ü Bidding (presales) Engineer
• I was part from a team who succeed in the bidding phase for a different project in Egypt, Mozambique, Zambia and Tanzania and attend a pre-bid meeting and the site survey
• Preparing a full break down sheet with a cost sheet, P&L sheet and cash flow for all the project in tender phase.
• Preparing a full report in the project before starting the study: - expected budget, supplier list, technical and commercial comment and handle a link with the subcontractor and client.

• Responsible for the time and cost planning of the electrical activities, negotiation with contractors of the electrical activities, daily equipment plan, the electrical daily reports, design and installation for the VIP building and substation (low voltage distribution), material inspection and test and commissioning of lines before connect with the main substation
• Work as a maintenance engineer for project areas 21 and 10 east (work under volt).

• Responsible for the installation of: - underground medium voltage cable 3*240 mm2, underground low voltage cable 3*240 +120 mm2, overhead transmission line 300 and 150 mm2 AAAC, finishing of medium voltage switchgear 300 and 500 KVA, capacitor bank, breaker switch and surge arrestor, earthing system, medium voltage switchgear panel and termination in low and medium voltage.
