Job Summary

Perform the role of a HR/L&D strategic Business Partner by ensuring consistency, sustainability, and stability in the business and in the colleagues’ body. · Orchestrated a MOU between more than 23 partners from Hotels & Tourism Faculties & Institutes across Egypt and IHG Egypt Hotels, providing internship  

   opportunities for students throughout the year by designing and implemented tailored learning experiences, to equip the youth with operational experience and      

   prepare them for the labor market.

.  Oversaw the graduation of 418 interns through the IHG Academy Program for Egypt Hotels.

.  Managed L&Q Brand Standards Audit documentation folders are for all Africa Hotels, by preparing Africa Hotels Trackers and shared a link drive for each property
