2023-2024:

  • vodafone strategic corporate deal for 8 mega scale projects in cairo and the North coast as a main provider of telecommunication including triple play service, internet connection and fixed line.
  • Dorra a startegic partnership with their construction arm as one of the top notch contractors in the middle east. Further to provide us with project turn key service with a total deal of 2 billion egyptian pounds.
  • El Sweedy Utilities a strategic partnership in our mega scale project zahra and skyline as our main supplier for electric solutions.

2022-2023:

  • Northed, the design and built of a commercial project in the north coast that was a fast-paced project executed in only 65 days. Further, this entails 18 stores of top notch F&B's.
  • Zahra, planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.
  • Grand Gate, monitored progress against established goals, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to keep projects on track. Achieved in delivering 160 administrative spaces.
  • Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.

2021-2022:

  • zahra: Negotiated favorable contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.
  • Signed a strategic deal with Decom Ready Mix, one of the biggest companies in the middle east for a concrete plant that produces around 120 m2 per hour, to speed up the process, reduce costs and carbon emission.
  • AHUC: Supervised the design , built and operation of the faculty of physio therapy with a BUA of 19,7115 m2 to acomdate around 400 students in only 12 months to fully operational. this required reviewing technical drawing, supervise the project management, reviewing all vendor contracts, hiring of all the staff, handling all government regulation and procedures with the ministry of high education.
  • Kattamia Gate: A mixed-use that comprises 35 towers spanning over a land 43,700 m2 .Further, it compromises 2479 residential units and 1000 units of Administrative space. This year we have delivered 673 units according to the project phasing.
  • Landmark: this is a mixed use building with 59 towers spanning over a land of 62760 m2 with 4928resdential units and 400 units of retail space. Over view the internal process to successfully delivered1300 units.
  • Crystal Plaza: A complex building built 16709 m2 with 635 residential units and 21,000 m2 of administrative space. The supervision of project management, to deliver of 161 units and the leasing of 3000 space of administrative space.
  • Streamlined internal communication processes, improving collaboration between team members and reducing project delays.
  • Enhanced website usability by implementing responsive design and user-friendly navigation.

2020-2021:

  • Guided leaders and employees on company policies, programs, benefits and salary administration.
  • Leveraged data-driven insights from CRM systems to better understand client needs and tailor support strategies accordingly.
  • Promoted enterprise-level risk management safety practices and helped instill strong culture focused on protective policies and procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic. I successfully led the company to work remotely without halting any major operations.

2018-2019:

  • Skyline: Increased company revenue by re-designing the master plan of the largest mixed use building in the world according the guiness world book of records with a BUA of 2,000,000 m2. Furthermore, by using the space efficiently we have acquired more than 20,000 m2 of retail space that were otherwise unutilized.
  • D//View: Supervised all site progress and the project development which was reflected in the Administrative Building leasing of that year. This led us to successfully execute corporate objectives by leasing 5000 meters squared of Administrative space to two multi-nationals. The first, Baker and Tilly, is one of the largest accountancy and business advisory firms in Egypt. The second, Homzmart first headquarters and the biggest online platform for furniture in the middle east.
  • Reviewed individual department performance and worked with stakeholders to improve processes, procedures, and practices. This was mostly noted with the supply chain department. I developed a supply chain strategy that reviewed the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process paired with improving our SAP system for better visibility to track shipments, inventory and orders in real-time. In return, this helped us determine optimal inventory levels, reduce stockouts and overstocking. Further, establishing a control tower to monitor and manage supply chain centrally. I also implemented a transportation management system (TMS), to automate routing, reduce cost and improve delivery times.
