- Company Overview: (Mother Branch Company for Concrete surgeons for Repairing and Strengthen in United Arab Emirates)
- The scope of the project was to do strengthening work for columns, column caps, and beams of the Ground floor slab.
- Project scope included Surface preparation, steel rebar’s planting, scaffolding, shuttering, steel work, concrete casting, finishing.
- Making bbs (Bar bending schedule) for steel needed in project.
- Through all stages of the project, inspections and testing were prepared and handled on the site under the supervision of the consultant and the main contractor.
- Testing included: Pull out test for the dowels fixed in the concrete structure (we got a result of zero failures).
- Ultrasonic test for old existing slab and column caps to insure there are no voids or cracks.
- Dowels and steel fixing work, form work (shatter fixed), casting work.
- Workshop drawings.
- Follow up the process and make sure it whit the schedule and update it every day.
