- Lead and manage a QA organization of 15 engineers across multiple product areas (Cloud, Data Platform, Guardian, OGL, SQL, and Core).
- Own the end-to-end quality strategy for Incorta, covering feature delivery, release certification, and production stability.
- Designed and implemented company-wide quality gates to ensure all features are tested (manual & automation) and validated through pipelines before merging to main/master.
- Lead the transformation toward automation-first QA, driving increased UI and API automation coverage and reduction of manual certification effort.
- Own the daily master pipeline stability, including reduction of flaky tests and infrastructure-related failures.
- Lead release certification for all Incorta releases (e.g., 2026.x), ensuring that every release is validated against risk-based test plans, automation coverage, and stability metrics before GA.
- Drive customer bug reduction initiatives, including:
Classification of Zendesk tickets
Root cause analysis
Automation of regressions
Customer-environment simulation to prevent customer-only issues - Established QA metrics and dashboards to track:

Pipeline stability
Customer vs QA-found bugs
Regression trends
Release readiness - Created and rolled out a QA Skill Metrics & Career Growth Framework for IC1 → Principal, enabling:
