4. Encryption migration to our service side- As It's a payment service, Using the public key and keys of the banks to Encrypt the payment and mandate files on our servers involving SQL queries to modify the mmconfig table in SQL and applying the keys on our servers using Linux

5. Report Automation- Using Splunk to Automate a report by making a dashboard contains all the important information about payment problems for the European local markets and sending it as report to the concerned teams.

• Monitoring 24/7 critical alarms generated on servers of Vodafone services domains (Charging, Mediation, VAS, Messaging and Payments)
• Troubleshooting critical alarms to detect the problem using Linux and SQL skills
