Responsible/Accountable for all the company brands from the engineering and new opening perspectives.
23 TBS (The Bakery Shop), 2 TBS Way, 12 TBS Franchised by TOTAL Egypt, 6 TFFL (The Four Fat Ladies), 10 Delicious Bakery (Inside supermarkets), 1 Coffee Berry (Imported Franchise), 4 Holy Buns.

-Developing/standardizing the shops’ layout due to operation circulation.

-Managing & coordinating the Fit out for the franchising model at TOTAL Gas stations.

-Managing and controlling the steps of establishing new branches:
A. Procurement & Tendering.
B. Construction Phase.
C. Handover & Start up by operation team.

-Management of Nominated Contractor / sub-contractors and equipment suppliers through the tender process, negotiation and evaluation.
-Partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders on the execution and management of multiple projects from Concept to Opening, with strong focus on Quality, Costs, Time and Safety.
-Coordinating all equipment maintenance works between the operations teams & the outsource party, while reporting to the Engineering Head.
-Preparing all franchising documents for the Franchisee of TBS.
-Responsible for Applying all the Franchisor documents here in Cairo, Egypt of Coffee Berry.

Managing all our 6 brands with different parties.
-Design all new branches either they are a fit-out case, or designing a new concept.
-Following up on the Landlords for receiving the design drawings.
-Preparing all needed documents for projects Kick off BOQs & PRs.
-Reviewing and approving all MEP drawings before submitting to the designated party from the consultant.
-Following up regularly on all MEP/Architectural works in stores under construction to ensure the scheduled opening date.
- 16 Shops Designed and opened by myself since 2021 to 2024.

• Managed to submit more than 14 Design & Visualization projects for high end brands in Egypt & KSA such as Mori Sushi, Tamara, Mince Burger, Taboon, TBS, Al Dawar, and more, with 3 Design & Visualization projects for elephants company, working with the ministry of tourism & government.
• Managed to Design & execute more than 4 residential projects in different compounds, complexes & challenges.

• Designing All new shops - Preparing all the needed documents for projects Kick off, BOQs & PRs - Management of nominated Contractor & equipment suppliers through the tender process - Designing & doing the 3D shots and visuals required for each shop - Designing All LODs Required for the shop & the MEP - Reviewing & Approving all MEP Drawings. - Following up on the Architectural & MEP works in shops under construction - Coordinating the maintenance needed for the branches & equipment
