Team manager task
I delegated as a team manager for 3 weeks as my manager was on long leave.
My role:

  • Monitoring the team performance and providing the proper coaching & feedback on how to improve their weakness.
  • Running 1:1 meeting
  • Building all kinds of performance reports so they can keep tracking their numbers.
  • Listen to team requests and report them to upper management.


Logistics Associate task

I moved to support the logistics team for a month as they faced a headcount shortage.

My role:

  • Listen attentively to customer concerns regarding delayed shipments and take ownership of finding suitable resolutions
  • Liaise with internal logistics teams to track packages, identify the root causes of delays, and provide accurate updates to customers
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate channels, such as supervisors, logistics managers, or driver support teams

Workflow task

I'm responsible for the workflow communication between my team, and the workflow team.
My role:

  • When we were launching a new system on Amazon ME, I Planed the number of waves that we should take the training on and take into consideration not to affect our login and service level to make sure that we provide the best service for our agents and customers and update those number of waves to the workflow team to update them and add the slots on the system.
  • Adjust the team schedule if needed to match the available slots for the training.
  • Listen to DART Agents schedule issues and report them to the workflow team to update it at the final schedule.
  • Collecting the chef swab requests and validate them before sending them to the workflow team to make sure it's valid and follow the HR schedule policies and rules.

Engagement Team Project.
In 2021, I proposed the idea of the engagement team to my manager, and he loved the idea, so we started working together to convince more agents to join us, indeed we found three agents interested in joining this team, and we worked together to put the structure and the objectives of the team then my manager proposed the idea to the upper management and the like the idea, we started with 3 agents and 1 manager now we are about 30 agents and 3 team managers.
What is the engagement team?
Our main goal in the Engagement team is to make all employees happy and Unstressed and get them out of the work routine by running lots of fun activities and events.
The other side of the engagement team is to make charity events for example we planned a donation event by donating toys, clothes, and money for orphan children then we made a visit to one of our orphan children organizations and gave them all the donations we collected for them and spend the day with the kids.
My rule:

  • Brainstorming ideas for events and activities.
  • implementing and running the activities and events.
  • I was responsible for creating all the visuals needed for the events and activities announcement by creating 2D design presentations and motion videos.



Moving to another site Project

As a part of our expansion, we moved from a smaller office to a bigger one.

While moving the engagement team was responsible for the moving plan and communication including activities, the theme of the moving, and the visuals of each Announcement.
