    · Designing and applying a MIGRATION PLAN to migrate between complex old environment to a new simpler one.

    · Creating all needed documents for handing over all teams in TE (datacenter, database, security, telecom, business, .. etc.)

    · Handling customer changes and new changing requests during production due to huge environment changes and requirements.

    · Handling a new security scope request to testing all our components which required a massive changes and impact on our configurations.

    · Migration Plan was not that easy no understand the complexity and required collecting a huge data for the old environment including remote sites outside region.

    · New Security scanning request on all our components which required a massive change on our configurations, and we were able to handle all these changes before production.

    · Project hardware calculations from vendor side was not accurate which leads to a huge effort fine tuning the applications with the current hardware to achieve stability.
