  • Manage IT Remote Site Support Team.
  • Provide full support “Fixing Problems-Deployments-Upgrades” to all remote sites client-side related problems as a second line of support. Provided support covers operating systems, applications and SW, HW assessments, etc….
  • Provide IT technical support services in remote locations and areas, including Etisalat shops, SIS, TKA’s and technical offices. Main role is to operate and maintain client-related IT solutions and systems in terms of software, hardware and operating systems to ensure their proper functionality and better availability towards a stable and high performance driven, smooth operations’ environment.
  • Participate in, handle and support all client-side related projects, when it comes to new services provided, or new ideas introduced, for client machines located at remote areas
  • Manage all systems, delivery plan, and business simulation and installation plan for Rollout new stores and projects at all channels of Etisalat Stores all over Egypt.
  • Act as a focal point for all On Call Activities, and after working hours related to client side issues.
  • Apply Cost Optimization in all day to day operations, ADD-HOSCs, and projects.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage Rollout new stores (Retail Flagships, Retail Franchise, Retail Expansions MF, EX, and EP Stores), coordinate all project aspects like Remote plan, business plan, HW plan and requests, software preparation, and daily reports for business and IT
  • Manage RQM Rollout at Retail Stores (Flagships and Franchise), coordinate all project aspects (Remote plan, business plan, HW plan and requests, software preparation, and daily reports for business and IT)
  • Manage Queuing Replacement Project at all Etisalat Retail Stores (Flagships and Franchise) all over Egypt, coordinate all project aspects (Remote plan, business plan, HW plan and requests, software preparation, daily reports for business and IT), and communicate with the vendors for our requests before launching project and during implementation of it.
  • Manage RQM Rollout at Mini Shops (MF, EX, and EP), coordinate all project aspects (Remote plan, business plan, HW plan and requests, software preparation, daily reports for business and IT, and communicate with the vendors for our requests before launching project and during implementation of it.
