Collect and consolidate production schedules and inventory data to plan weekly and daily material flows and inform needs concerning material/product stocks to satisfy demand and supply without creating business changes. • Review customer orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, and distributed, prioritize work orders, and dispatch these to the team. • Oversee the reception of incoming materials, related administrative tasks (batch number recordings, goods receipt issuance, materials labeling), and dispatching and storage. • Oversee the preparation of materials/products for shipment to ensure that the amount and type of product(s) match customer orders. • Monitor the loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and staging of products and materials in dedicated areas and predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code. • Lead physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring stock rotation, disposal of unused/obsolete materials/products, and maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system. • Control that warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with company (EHS) guidelines and public safety regulations, e.g. when involving forklifts, clamp trucks, or other power equipment, or manipulating hazardous materials/products. • Monitor warehouse installation(s) maintenance and equipment by keeping them clean, safe, and operational, reporting service requests. • Identify capability gaps and conduct training to close them. • Conduct annual human resources processes for the assigned Warehouse team(s) and validate results. • Work with the local Logistics management team and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a local capability pipeline for the function. • Drive the development and promotion of identified talents within and outside Logistics.

First Mile: Follow up on daily pickup requests, and follow up on KPI, Performance, and needs for more than 90 couriers (outsourcing), assign the couriers to the needed zone as per the Pickup requests and volume need, make a daily report with pickup success rate, handle Daily reports that Cover the performance of the stations, handle the price listing with the vendors according to the needs, handle the vendor's bill monthly, analyze the gap in the daily success rate throw the daily report

Reverse: maintaining returns operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operations, ensuring the team, distributes returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of the
product, its condition, and type of return, establishing safety practices, and holding others accountable for
adhering to them, plus supervising the full middle-mile operations to reverse cycle from receiving from other hubs to distribution to FM

Maintaining and improving overall operational and departmental efficiencies around reverse logistics.
Interface cross-functionally at all levels within the divisions of the company, For Example Customer
Support, third party logistics providers and fulfillment Center etc.
Timely inspection of Returns and liability assignment and follow ups with Couriers, Insurance Agencies,
Merchants etc.
Oversee day-to-day operations of managing Returns to Merchants within SLA.
Develop and ensure that established policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed.
Improve the safety performance in the facility.
Drives costs savings with a focus on Visibility, Variability and Velocity, provides proactive
communications and solutions for distribution issues.

- Creating the daily loading plan according to business volume.
- Determining the required trucks accordingly
- Insuring the proper loading (actual executing of loading plan)
- Insuring the loading time as well as the cut-off time (ETA & ETD)
- Leading Line haul drivers functionally
- Communicate with maintenance/ lease company

- Develop and implement guidelines for training new team members while providing refreshers for current staff.
- Following up with the dispatch time and making sure that the dispatch is out on time
- Made reports for damage and lost shipments and investigates the reason behind that
- Follow up on reverse shipments and ensure that the process is met
- Follow up with 3pl companies and give them their dispatch and receive the reverse
- Following up with the vendors which send us the vehicles and ensuring that they followed the agreement times
- Following up with the vendor which sends us the helpers to ensure that the manpower fit the capacity,
- Oversees the day-to-day performance of the hub,
- Manage a team’s efficiency and build a positive team environment.
- Help to resolve employees issues and problem.

- Monitor day to day collection operation and continuously review and enhance the collection process to adapt to market changes.
- Monitor inventory counts, replenishment of consumables and assign pickups to couriers .
- Coordinate with the contact Center, Souq.com and the operations team to improve speed of delivery and ensure cost efficiency.
- Attend bi-weekly meetings with the Souq Order Management Team (OMT), discuss current collection issues, requirements and propose solutions to improve operations performance.
- Prepare plans and progress reports and present them to the management
-Ensure all tickets from the OMT, Souq and the contact Center teams are resolved efficiently and timely
-Receive escalated issues and complaints on MP collections from call Center or the ordering teams and execute effective solutions
- Coordinate with the fleet management to ensure all used vehicles are safe and are well maintained
- Create weekly workforce shift plans to ensure 24 hours / 6 days coverage
- Keep abreast with new industry practices; maintain a current level of knowledge of the market challenges and leading practices and continuously propose innovative solutions
- Provide coverage in managing staff and operations for the HUB and the Station supervisors when needed
- Ensure continuous training of the FM collection team, monitor performance and put staff personal development plans in place
- Communicate and discuss the organizational guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the department in order to maintain effective and Efficient flow of work.
